About the Artist
Art, reflection, and the quiet work of becoming.
Intro
I am a visual artist and reflective writer creating from a place of intuition, memory, and inner listening.
Artist Statement/Story
“Art has always been more than something I create. It has been a language, a way of seeing, and a path back to myself.”
Art has always been more than something I create.
It has been a language, a way of seeing, a form of remembering, and at times, a path back to myself.
I am a visual artist, reflective writer, creative guide, and educator whose work is rooted in intuition, symbolism, emotional truth, memory, and transformation. Through painting, mixed media, visual storytelling, and expressive form, I create artwork that speaks to both the seen and unseen parts of our human experience.
My creative practice is deeply personal, yet meant to be shared. Many of my works emerge from reflection, life experience, inner questioning, spiritual symbolism, ancestry, healing, observation, and the quiet truths we often carry without words. I am drawn to what lingers beneath the surface: identity, presence, resilience, tenderness, mystery, and becoming.
Over the years, I have worked as an independent visual art instructor, creative facilitator, and arts program developer, teaching and guiding people of various ages and backgrounds through the creative process. My work has included creating murals, developing art-centered learning experiences, and helping others reconnect with their creative voice in meaningful, accessible ways. I have also served in spaces where art, education, community, and personal growth intersect.
In addition to my life as an artist, I am also a certified life coach practitioner and published author. These experiences have naturally shaped how I create and how I see. They continue to influence the emotional depth, reflective energy, and layered meaning present throughout my work.
As a BFA-trained artist from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, my foundation is both formal and intuitive. I honor technique, but I also honor spirit, instinct, and the inner pull that often leads the work where it needs to go.
Today, my practice continues to evolve through original artwork, curated collections, reflective writing, and creative offerings that invite connection, contemplation, and soulful expression.
This space was created not only to share what I make, but to offer a world, one shaped by art, meaning, memory, beauty, and truth.

On Writing
Alongside my visual work, I have become a certified Holistic Life Coach, which is when I became an author of several self-help books. My writing has become another space of return.
Through reflective essays and journal-based explorations, I give language to the inner landscapes that often live beside the artwork itself: intuition, emotional awareness, healing, self-trust, and the process of becoming whole.
This body of writing is an extension of the same practice: listening, observing, and allowing what is true to emerge with honesty and care.
Once again, thank you for being here and spending time with my work.
Whether you arrive through image, word, or feeling, I hope you find something here that resonates, reflects, or gently returns you to your essence of wholeness.
