Title: Silence Keeper Medium: Original Oil Painting. 9x11 inches. Duck Canvas. Unframed. Availability: Original artwork and print availability may vary Prints: Available through Creative Souls Vibe Silence Keeper is a symbolic portrait of inner strength, sacred restraint, and the emotional weight of what is carried in silence. Rendered with a powerful stillness, the central figure appears adorned, watchful, and deeply self-possessed. Her raised finger signals quiet, but the gesture reaches far beyond hush alone, it suggests protection, withheld truth, sacred knowledge, and the unspoken language of survival. The chains at the wrists introduce a tension between confinement and power, burden and endurance, while the surrounding glow evokes a spiritual or ancestral presence that refuses to be diminished. This work explores the layered reality of silence, not as absence, but as something inhabited. Within Silence Keeper, silence becomes memory, witness, discipline, grief, protection, and presence all at once. The figure does not disappear within what binds her; rather, she remains fully present within it, holding both vulnerability and command. Part of the broader Silent Keepers series, this piece reflects my ongoing interest in what is often hidden beneath outward composure: the private emotional worlds, spiritual endurance, inherited strength, and quiet truths that live beneath the surface of the visible self. Through warmth, texture, symbolism, and stillness, Silence Keeper invites contemplation around what is not said, what is intentionally guarded, and what remains sacred even in silence. Fine art prints are available through the Creative Souls Vibe online shop.

Title: Keeper of the Unspoken: Original Oil Painting. 9x11 inches. Duck Canvas. Unframed. Availability.: Original artwork and print availability may vary Prints: Available through Creative Soul Vibe online shop. Keeper of the Unspoken is an original oil painting from the Silent Keepers series, a body of work exploring silence, identity, hidden strength, ancestral memory, and the layered emotional worlds carried beneath the surface. Rendered through a striking split-figure composition, this piece presents two distinct yet interconnected presences, one side quiet and restrained in grayscale, the other richly adorned in color, texture, and cultural ornamentation. Together, they suggest the coexistence of multiple selves: the inward and outward, the concealed and revealed, the remembered and the becoming. The central gesture of the raised finger to the lips introduces a powerful symbolic silence—not as suppression alone, but as mystery, protection, sacred knowing, and the quiet holding of what cannot always be spoken. The work invites reflection on identity, duality, self-possession, and the many truths carried internally across personal, cultural, and ancestral dimensions. Painted in oils on duck canvas, Keeper of the Unspoken balances softness and strength through line, color, and symbolic contrast. It speaks to the emotional depth of what is withheld, the dignity of inner life, and the presence of stories that live beyond language. This original piece is ideal for collectors drawn to symbolic portraiture, feminine duality, contemplative art, Black feminine imagery, and emotionally resonant fine art.
The Face I Carry, The Self I Know. Original Oil Painting. 9x11 inches. Duck Canvas. Unframed. Availability: Original artwork and print availability may vary Prints: Available through Creative Souls Vibe. Silence Keeper series. The Face I Carry, The Self I Know is a richly symbolic portrait exploring themes of identity, transformation, beauty, concealment, and inner emergence. Both elegant and enigmatic, the work invites the viewer into a moment that feels suspended between self-presentation and self-revelation, between what is adorned, what is protected, and what is still becoming. The central figure appears poised and luminous, draped in a richly textured floral garment that radiates warmth, femininity, and ceremonial beauty. In contrast, the dark feline mask held beside the face introduces a powerful sense of mystery and duality. It suggests the hidden self, the instinctual self, the guarded self, or perhaps the many selves we carry as we move through the world. There is a quiet tension in the work between softness and power, refinement and wildness, visibility and disguise. The gesture of holding the mask rather than fully wearing it creates a compelling emotional threshold: a moment that feels less like hiding and more like transition. As if something has already been shed, and something more true is in the process of emerging. With its layered textures, glowing accents, and intimate symbolic language, The Face I Carry, The Self I Know reflects my ongoing interest in creating work that is not only visually beautiful, but also emotionally and spiritually resonant. This piece speaks to the process of becoming, of rising into deeper self-awareness, reclaiming identity, and honoring the many dimensions of who we are. To purchase Originals see Shop page. Title: Ascension of Ancestral Goddess: Original Oil Painting. 9x11 inches. Duck Canvas. Unframed. Availability: Original artwork and print availability may very. Prints: Available through Creative Souls Vibe. Ascension of Ancestral Goddess is a mixed media work rooted in transformation, adornment, ancestral reverence, and the sacred reclamation of Black feminine presence. Created during a period of contemplation around goddess imagery and the beauty of Black feminine divinity, this piece emerged through an intuitive process of assembling what was available, torn fabric, found materials, layered paint, and textured remnants, into a richly adorned symbolic figure. What began in fragments became a site of elevation. The work holds a tension between improvisation and reverence. Constructed from materials that might otherwise be discarded, the figure rises not in spite of those origins, but through them. In this way, the piece speaks to both resourcefulness and restoration, transforming remnants into beauty, presence, and power. Adorned, frontal, and unwavering, the figure evokes ancestral memory, cultural richness, self-possession, and sacred femininity. Her presence suggests more than ornamentation; she becomes an embodiment of what is carried, inherited, reassembled, and honored across time. This work reflects a recurring thread within my practice: the desire to create from meaning rather than excess, and to allow texture, symbolism, and intuition to reveal deeper emotional and spiritual truths. Ascension of Ancestral Goddess stands as both image and invocation, an offering shaped through hand, memory, limitation, and vision.
Series: Ascension Series Medium: Mixed Media / Acrylic with Authentic Crystals Surface: Flat Canvas Dimensions: 4 x 11 inches Framing: Unframed Original: One of a kind Ascension of Ancestral Goddess II is part of my Ascension series, a body of work exploring spiritual emergence, feminine power, sacred symbolism, ancestral energy, and transformation. This piece presents a stylized goddess form as a symbolic vessel of ascent, an embodiment of inner fire, intuitive knowing, and the layered movement between earthly presence and spiritual elevation. Rather than functioning as a literal figure alone, the image becomes emblematic: part icon, part spiritual symbol, part offering. The vertical composition reinforces the sense of upward movement and energetic rise, while the rich, radiant palette suggests warmth, vitality, life force, and sacred illumination. Embedded within the work are authentic crystals, adding both material presence and spiritual resonance to the piece. These elements deepen the work’s altar-like quality, allowing it to exist not only as visual art, but also as an object of symbolic charge and contemplative energy. Within my practice, the Ascension works reflect an ongoing interest in sacred feminine imagery, ancestral reverence, intuitive creation, and the transformation of inner spiritual experience into visual form. This piece invites reflection on becoming, embodiment, healing, and the unseen energies that shape our lives and lineages. Its scale may be intimate, but its presence is intentionally concentrated, offering a small yet powerful space of spiritual symbolism, ritual energy, and feminine force.
